Skills

Working in various areas of the Marcellus Shale region of Pennsylvania and West Virginia examining and evaluating land records for several different large clients.  Projects range in size and complexity from production of basic leasehold title chains to presentation of full and complete drilling title examinations.  Documentation of clear title chains run from the present time back to the land patents in the early 1800’s.  Due to flooding and fires to several courthouses and poor information in the early years of land recordkeeping, these title searches have given me experience and skill of handling complex title issues as well as increased familiarity with metes and bounds property descriptions and mapping software.
